We have seen an unprecedent amount of support and a real out pouring of generosity towards our ‘Save the Children’ Ukraine day today. The donations of essentials goods have been amazing. We have received over 30 brand new sleeping bags alone amongst many of the items donated! Please see the pictures below. These will be dropped of at the Leicester Polish centre on Sunday.  We have also raised a staggering £699.83 for Save the Children.

British Heart Foundation – February 2022

Alayna and Mischa took it upon themselves to coordinate the efforts in support of the British Heart Foundation. Both girls feel grateful for the support of the charity in helping their families and wanted to give something back. The girls and their families worked hard at creating little gifts to sell as Valentine treats on the 11th February. They were supported by pupils from class 5. The whole school supported the effort and wore something red in support of the day. We are proud to announce that a total of £338 was raised and would like to thank everyone who supported the charity events on the day.

Bliss  -for babies born premature or sick November 2021

As a school we supported  wear something purple for ‘World Prematurity Day’ in November. We have a number of children in our school that have benefited from the support that Bliss and other charities that given  to families that have premature babies. Our year 6 pupils took on the challenge of making over 100 purple ribbons to sell and sold them across all the classes and in the playgorund. The school raised £150 for this great cause.
